A true hometown "Uvaldean", married to George Brown, together they raised two children, George Ann and Cody. Cody and his wife, Tammie, along with their son Gage are also true Uvaldeans. George Ann left hometown life to explore the city but now finds herself back home in Uvalde. Her daughter, Brandy, is serving our country with the U.S.Army. With a bookkeeping background, having worked for Grady Mahaffey, before working for the Uvalde ISD for 29 years; plus having worked in the field of real estate since 1982, you will find Frances to be a real asset to have in your corner.
